YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petition for Formal Administration of the Estate of Robert White has been filed and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses/responses, if any, to it on Gregory Paules, Petitioner's attorney, whose address is 712 Fayette Place, Lutz, Florida 33549, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Probate Division, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida 33756-5165, on or before 30 days from the first publication, 10/8/2017, otherwise a Judgment or Order may be entered for the relief demanded in the Petition for Formal Administration.
