YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, TARPON WOODS CONDOMINIUM NO. 4, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 401, Building P, from the Condominium Plat of TARPON WOODS CONDOMINIUM NO. 4, PHASE V, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 75, Pages 110-113, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5368, Page 1175, and amended to add Phase V in O.R. Book 5743, Page 551, et seq., of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3505 Tarpon Woods Boulevard, #P-410, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34685.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 10-9-2017, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
