NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2017, entered in Case No. 16-006952-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Funding 2008-FT1 Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and Joann Touchton a/k/a Joann H. Touchton a/k/a Jo Ann Touchton; Walter Touchton a/k/a Walter W. Touchton; Jack Touchton a/k/a Jack Darin Touchton a/k/a Jack D. Touchton; The Grand Bellagio at Baywatch Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 810B, BUILDING 8, THE GRAND BELLAGIO AT BAYWATCH CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12663, PAGE 1378-1560, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
