NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2017, and entered in 16-005664-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PROF-2014-S2 LEGAL TITLE TRUST II, BY U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and DOREEN OBRIEN; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 26, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
