NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-004633-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-3, is Plaintiff and BRANDY MATEO A/K/A BRANDY L. MATEO; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 17TH day of OCTOBER, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 5, BRENTWOOD HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
