NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 22nd day of August, 2017, and entered in Case No.: 15-004728-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-31CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-31CB, is the Plaintiff and ANNE KARPINSKI A/K/A ANNE C. KARPINSKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANNE KARPINSKI A/K/A ANNE C. KARPINSKI; BROOKFIELD AT ESTANCIA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AND ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 26th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
