NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 17-3836-CI-11 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF PEARLY MAE WHITE, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITYMORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2002-KS8, AND ALL HEIRS AND PERSONS CLAIMING THROUGH BY OR ON BEHALF OF PEARLY MAE WHITE ,are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on October 9, 2017 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 9, and the West 5 feet of Lot 10, Block 24, Hall's Central Avenue Subdivision 2, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 3, Page 39, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
