NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 3, 2017 in Civil Case No. 15-000057-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and ALBERTO H. IANTORNO; BAY OAKS ASSOCIATION, INC.; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; CITY OF LARGO FLORIDA; BIOMASS TECH; BUDDY'S ROOFING & REPAIR'S INC.; KATHLEEN HARTWELL A/K/A KATHLEEN D. HARTWELL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 623, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BAY OAK CONDOMINIUM,PHASE VIII, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED FEBRUARY 5, 1982 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5306, PAGES 5 THROUGH 63, AND AMENDMENT ADDING PHASE VIII AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5581, PAGE 932,AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 41 THROUGH 44, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 20, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
