NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 05, 2017, and entered in 15-003915-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ELIAS DAVIS, DECEASED; ELIAS DAVIS, JR.; CARRIE E. DAVIS; CHERRY E. DAVIS; CURTIS E. DAVIS; FAITH SUSAN COLLISON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPTARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A CURTIZLA DAVIS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 03, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
