NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2017, and entered in 52-2014-CA-007211 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and CAROLINA BEDOYA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROLINA BEDOYA; SAWGRASS VILLAG HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS N/K/A IZET BEGANOVIC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on
September 26, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
