NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 3, 2017, and entered in Case No. 13-000437-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Barbara Bajan A/K/A Barbara Drewke, Greenbriar Club, Inc., Kenneth Michael Drewke, Laszlo Bajan, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 806, GREENBIAR UNIT 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
