NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 18, 2017, and entered in Case No. 14-007403-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and KEVIN J. JOLICOEUR A/K/A KEVIN JOLICOEUR, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 32, Block 3, BONNIE BAY COUNTRY CLUB ESTATE PHASE 5, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 83, page 21, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
