NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2017, and entered in Case No. 14-008929 CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER L. HOLDRIDGE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER L. HOLDRIDGE; KIM L. HOLDRIDGE A/K/A KIM LESLIE HOLDRIDGE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIM L. HOLDRIDGE A/K/A KIM LESLIE HOLDRIDGE; STEPHEN KING; JOHN LLOYD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; RENT TO OWN LEASING CO., INC. A/K/A RENT TO OWN LEASING CO.; CITY OF DUNEDIN, FLORIDA; AMBERLEA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 25 day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 109, AMBERLEA UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
