Powers, The Estates of Lake St. Charles Homeowners Association, Inc., Zoya Powers, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 2nd day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF POLK AND STATE OF FLORIDA BEING KNOWN AS LOT 4, ESTATES OF LAKE ST. CHARLES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 124, PAGE(S) 5 AND 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
