NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 18, 2017, entered in Case No. 2010CA-008929-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and Chu Nguyen; The Unknown Spouse of Chu Nguyen; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or Other Claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated As Nominee For Bac Home Loans Servicing, LP; BLX Capital LLC D/B/A Ciena Capital Funding LLC; Ruby Lake Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 The Names Being Fictitious To Account For Parties In Possession are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 106, OF RUBY LAKE, PHASE FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 108, PAGES 21 THROUGH 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
