NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 22nd day of August, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-002423-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ROBIN WILSON A/K/A ROBIN M. WILLSON AKA ROBIN MARIE WILSON; CITY OF WINTER HAVEN; CITY OF WINTER HAVEN CODE ENFORCEMENT DIVISION; POLK COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 26th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK B, COLLEGE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
