NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA002140000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Billy H. Stegall, Kimberly M. Stegall, U.S. Bank National Association, Successor Trustee to Bank of America, N.A. as Successor Trustee to LaSalle Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Holders of the First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-FFC, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 4th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
