Notice is given that under a Final Summary Judgment dated August 29, 2017, and in Case No. 2016-CA-2080 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which WEST STONEBRIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., the Plaintiff and MARK ANTHONY NEMBHARD the Defendant(s), the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on October 12, 2017, the following described property set forth in the Final Summary Judgment:
Lot 54, WEST STONEBRIDGE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 123, Pages 33 through 34, inclusive, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
