NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2017, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-001691-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF EQUITY ONE ABS, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2002-5 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DALE O. NAUMANN, SR. A/K/A DALE O. NAUMANN A/K/A DALE NAUMANN; ISPC; THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK; TARA RICHARDSON; DALE NAUMANN, JR; DENNIS NAUMANN; are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5TH day of OCTOBER, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 66, SHAMROCK HEIGHTS , UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
