DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2005-1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ROME TRUST HOLDINGS, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENT AND KNOWN AS TRUST NO.7546, DATE AUGUST 1, 2013; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF ROME TRUST HOLDINGS, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENT AND KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 7546, DATED AUGUST 1, 2013; CHERI L. WAGONER; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. Paula S. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
