Valentin, Lake Underhill Pines Homeowners Association, Inc., Orange County, Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Blanca Valentin, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 3rd of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
