NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 2016CA003271000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and DRAYTON, GERALD AND LORNA, et al, are Defendants. The clerk STACY BUTTERFIELD shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Polk County's On Line Public Auction website: www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on October 27, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in POLK County, Florida as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 50, SUBDIVISION PLAT OF WATER RIDGE SUBDIVISION PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 137, PAGES 46 THROUGH 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
