Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 31, 2017, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 55, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 64, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7 AT PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2620 39TH AVE NE, NAPLES, FL 34120; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112., on October 5, 2017 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
