NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2017, entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-003342ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, D/B/A Christiana Trust, Not in its individual Capacity but Solely as Trustee for Brougham Fund I Trust is the Plaintiff and Robert B Macgregor A/K/A Robert Macgregor; The Unknown Spouse Of Robert B Macgregor A/K/A Robert Macgregor; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, As Successor By Merger To Wachovia Bank, National Association; Pimlico Homeowners Association, Inc.; Lexington Oaks Of Pasco County Homeowners ASSOCIATION, INC.; Tenant #1; Tenant#2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4 are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 2nd day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 26, LEXINGTON OAKS VILLAGES 25 AND 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 14 THROUGH 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
