Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on January 3, 2018 at 9:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 32 AND 33, BLOCK 41-B, UNIT 6, PART 2, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 58 TO 62, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
