NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 31 August, 2017, and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-015224 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and American Express Bank, FSB DBA American Express, Anthony Acosta, Christine Maley aka Christine Acosta, Grow Financial Federal Credit Union, successor in interest to MacDill Federal Credit Union, The Unknown Spouse Of Christine Maley aka Christine Acosta nka Roland Hanson, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 5th of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
