YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce a lien on and to foreclose on a mortgage on the following property in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 29, Unity Circle, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 18, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; LESS the South 80 feet thereof and LESS the following described portion: Beginning at a point on the Northwesterly boundary of Lot 29, 25 feet Southwesterly from the Northeast corner of said Lot 29, run Northeasterly to the Northeast corner of said Lot 29, thence Southerly along the East boundary of said Lot 29, a distance of 20 feet, thence Northwesterly to the Point of Beginning.
