Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell the Property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows:
Beginning at a Point 1392' East and 1773' North of the Southwest corner of the Southeast ΒΌ of Section 10, Township 28 South, Range 20 East, thence run East 1377', more or less to the waters of Lake Thonotosassa, thence North along the shore of said lake to a point 3' South of the Southeast corner of Rhodes Subdivision of Thonotosassa, thence due West along a line 3' South of and parallel to the South boundary line of said Rhodes Subdivision Thonotosassa, according to the corrected and revised map of said subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 25, a distance of 600' to a point 3' South of the Southwest corner of Lot 24 of said subdivision, thence North 3' to the Southwest corner of said Lot 24, thence due West 750', more or less, along the South boundary line of said Rhodes Subdivision to a point 240' due North of the Point of Beginning, and thence South 240' to the Point of Beginning, said land being in Section 10 and 11, Township 28 South, Range 20 East.
Less and Except the real property conveyed in Warranty Deed recorded in O.R. Book 11390, Page 328, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Together with the East 30' of Lot 23 of Rhodes Subdivision of Thonotosassa per map or plat there of recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 25, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
