GAMBLE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, RECORDED JANUARY 27,1999 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 10384, PAGE 1982, AND ASSIGNMENT OF OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13610, PAGE 1396, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND PERTAINING TO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:
