All interested persons on whom this Notice Of Administration is served must file any objections that challenge the qualifications of the personal representative, venue, or jurisdiction of this court, by filing a petition or other pleading requesting relief with this court, in accordance with the Florida Probate Rules, WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
Any persons who may be entitled to exempt property under Section 732.402, Florida Statutes, will be deemed to have waived their right to claim that property as exempt property unless a petition for determination of exempt property is filed by such persons or on their behalf WITHIN THE TIME REQUIRED BY LAW, which is on or before the later of the date that is four months after the date of service of a copy of the notice of administration on such persons or the date that is forty days after the date of termination of any proceeding involving the construction, admission to probate, or validity of the will or involving any other matter affecting any part of the exempt property
An election by a surviving spouse to take an elective share under sections 732.201 - 732.2155, Florida Statutes, WITHIN THE TIME REQUIRED BY LAW, which is on or before the earlier of the date that is six months after the date of service of a copy of the notice of administration on the surviving spouse or an attorney in fact or guardian of the property of the surviving spouse or the date that is two years after the date of the decedent's death.
