NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2017, and entered in Case No. 15-003651-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2006-C, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES INABS 2006-C, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF LINDA L. KUBASIAK A/K/A LINDA KUBASIAK; SPRINGWOOD VILLAS, INC. F/K/A SPRINGWOOD VILLAS II, INC., NO.1, A CONDOMINIUM; JOHN K. KUBASIAK; JULIE ANN SCHLAU A/K/A JULIE ANN LEASURE; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court for PINELLAS County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 18TH day of OCTOBER, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 107, SPRINGWOOD VILLAS II, INC., NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3444, PAGE 523, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
