YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for PETITION TO TERMINATE PARENTAL RIGHTS PENDING ADOPTION has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written objections, if any, on the Petitioner, Susan M. Wessel and David A. Wessel, c/o LaShawn Strachan, Esquire, 5118 N. 56 Street, Suite 113, Tampa, FL 33610 on or before 10-13-2017, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court at 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida, 33756, before service on Petitioner or immediately after. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office. You may review these documents upon request. You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. (You may file Notice of Current Address, Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Form 12.918). Future papers in this matter will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk's office.
There will be a hearing on the petition to terminate parental rights pending adoption on October 26, 2017 at 1:30pm before Judge James Pierce, Pinellas County Courthouse, 14250 49th Street North, Courtroom 14, Clearwater, Florida 33762.
UNDER SECTION 63.089, FLORIDA STATUTES, FAILURE TO TIMELY FILE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE AND THE PETITION WITH THE COURT AND TO APPEAR AT THIS HEARING CONSTITUTES GROUNDS UPON WHICH THE COURT SHALL END ANY PARENTAL RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE OR ASSERT REGARDING THE MINOR CHILD.
