NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 22, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-005699-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which MTGLQ Investors, L.P., is the Plaintiff and Joel Atkinson, as Trustee of Wilke Assistance Trust dated November 28, 2005, Legal & Trustee Services, LLC, a dissolved Florida limited liability company, by and through Melissa Barany, its Manager, as Trustee of the 1028 56th Avenue North Trust, dated May 5, 2006, Mary M. Wilkie a/k/a Mary Wilkie a/k/a Mary Wilke, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 1028 56th Avenue North Trust, dated May 5, 2006, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Samantha Vines, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Robert Carrero, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 9th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
