NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 26, 2017, and entered in Case No. 13-002214-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL JAMES HARTZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FULTON HEIGHTS, Block B, Lot 6, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 011, Page 113, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, more commonly known as 4715-46th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33714.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
