NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2016-CA-002206 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ Investors, L.P., Plaintiff and Unknown Successor Trustee of The Rice Family Revocable Trust dated March 7, 2006 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 9, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, F.E. HANOUSEK'S REPLAT, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
