NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2017, entered in Case No. 13-011350-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Soundview Home Loan Trust 2006-OPT2, Asset- Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT2 is the Plaintiff and Gary L. Yonkers; Linda M. Yonkers; Unknown Tenant in Possession No. 1; Unknown Tenant in Possession No. 2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, Block M, Cross Bayou Estates First Addition Revised, Refile, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 49, Pages 30 and 31, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
