NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 02, 2015, and entered in 2014-CA-004442-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2003-25XS is the Plaintiff and JUDITH WILLIAMS; HIAWASSEE OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNIVERSAL FIRE & CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA KEITH FALCONER are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 10, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
