NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Consent Final Judgment In Rem of Foreclosure dated August 17th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-009058 of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY TRUSTEE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2006-D, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES INABS 2006-D UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2006, is Plaintiff and VERSIE LILIES-TRAMMELL A/K/A VERSIE LILES, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
