NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 14, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-009489-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, CITIFINANCIAL SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and EUNICE WILLIAMS; MARGIE WILLIAMS; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on October 18, 2017 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN ORANGE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5111, PAGE 1783, ID#36-20-27-9612-02-040, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 4, BLOCK B, AND THE WEST 7 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK B, MORRISON'S SUBDIVISION, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 4.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
