NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 7, 2017, and entered in Case No. 41-2016-CA-001220 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, As Trustee For Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-QO8, is the Plaintiff and Marie M. Alty, Michelet Fils, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Angelina Angel Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 10th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
