Lot 2, Block 9 of Waterlefe Golf & River Club, Unit 5, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 37, Pages 162-168, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; a/k/a 9472 Portside Terrace, Lot 2, Block 9, Bradenton, FL 34212.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com/, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 11:00 a.m. on October 6, 2017. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check, or initiated ACH or Wire Transfer.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
