PINEDA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OTTO R. PINEDA N/K/A VIOLETA GOMEZ are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, the Clerk of this Court, shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 11th day of October, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. on Polk County's Public Auction website: www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described real property:
