NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 28th day of August, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA-003707-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CARL C. MERRILL A/K/A CARL CONRAD MERRILL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARL C. MERRILL A/K/A CARL CONRAD MERRILL N/K/A CARL CONRAD MERRILL; CITY OF WINTER HAVEN, FLORIDA; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7 AND THE EAST 14 FEET OF LOT 8 IN BLOCK 2 OF BEYMER-STONER SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF WINTER HAVEN, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 34, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
