NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 08, 2017 in Case No. 2016-CC-001874 in the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein CYPRESSWOODS VILLAS ON THE GREEN HOMEONWERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and CARRIE A. SMITH A/K/A CARRIE CARBONE, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on October 24, 2017. ( ) www.polk.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 21, BUILDING I OF CYPRESSWOOD TENNIS VILLAS, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AS A POINT 214.27 FEET NORTH AND 540.59 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN SOUTH 4 DEGREES 01 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST, 70.67 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 85 DEGREES 58 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST, 29.0 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 4 DEGREES 01 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST, 70.67 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 85 DEGREES 58 MINUTES 30 SECONDS EAST, 29.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
