NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2017, entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-000767-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR6. is the Plaintiff and William Jude Walsh f/k/a William J. Grahn a/k/a William Jude Grahn a/k/a W. J. Grahn; Kathleen Quinn Walsh f/k/a Kathleen Q. Kerchenfaut a/k/a Kathleen Quinn Kerchenfaut are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the October 12, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF TRACT 42, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 30, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
