The administration of the Guardianship of Karen Jean Federighi is pending in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail E #102, Naples, FL 34112 as case number 16-GA-10 and 11. The name of the Guardian is Kathy Johnson of 3765 Airport Pulling Rd. Ste. 201, Naples, Florida and the Guardian's attorney is Vito M. Roppo, Esq. of 3765 Airport Pulling Rd. Ste. 201, Naples, Florida. The name of the Foreign Guardian is Ellen Finkelberg, Esq. of PO Box 7066, Northridge, CA 91327. A Petition for Discharge has been filed upon the grounds of change of domicile of the Ward. The Guardian applied for the discharge on September 18, 2017.
