NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of July, 2017, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-002401-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is the Plaintiff and MAUREEN ARMENTROUT A/K/A MAUREEN A. ARMENTROUT; HIGHLANDS OF PASCO COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; THE CLERK OF COURT OF PASCO COUNTY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAUREEN ARMENTROUT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT#2; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 9th day of November, 2017, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64, HIGHLANDS PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGES 126 THROUGH 132, INCLUSIVE, THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
