NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and CHARLES ALAN PATSCH; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 10, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
