NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated, and entered in Case No. 2017 CC 002311 NC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GLEN OAKS RIDGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JUDITH STERLING RUBIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUDITH STERLING RUBIN; SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:

Unit 38, Glen Oaks Ridge Condominium Villas, Section One, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 979, Pages 1209 through 1247, inclusive and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 6, Pages 14, and 14-A through 14-D, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
