NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated, and entered in Case No. 2017 CC 002311 NC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GLEN OAKS RIDGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JUDITH STERLING RUBIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUDITH STERLING RUBIN; SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
