NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016 CA 005779 NC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GROVE POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL MONHOLLON; INGRID MONHOLLON; JULIE S. JOHNSON; MICHAEL J. JOHNSON; LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A JOSH MONHOLLON are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
